Dispatch & Delivery
- Standard dispatch target: 1-2 working days.
- Typical UK delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch.
- Order cut-off placeholder: 1:00pm weekdays.
- Tracking details sent by email when available.
- Fresh/frozen bait dispatch may have product-specific timing.
Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
- Delivery is available to Mainland UK residential and business addresses only.
- Standard delivery orders and frozen product orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- We are unable to offer weekend or Bank Holiday deliveries.
- Free delivery promotions normally apply to standard delivery services only.
Delivery Information
- High value orders must be signed for on delivery. In some cases, we may require delivery to the registered cardholder’s address. If this applies, we will contact you via email to confirm.
- All other deliveries should be signed for where possible. If you would like your order left in a safe place, please provide instructions during the checkout process.
- Please note: we are unable to provide delivery instructions for Royal Mail shipments.
- We are happy to dispatch orders to an address different from the registered cardholder’s address. Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered during checkout.
- Deliveries may arrive up to 8pm. Couriers will normally attempt delivery twice. A third delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
Damaged, Missing or Out of Stock Items
- If your order is damaged in transit or items are missing, please contact us immediately on 01480 470862.
- If any items are out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the option to:
- Wait for the item to return to stock, or
- Receive a refund to your original payment method.
Order Processing
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please check your account status regularly for updates on your order.
Frozen & Perishable Products
All frozen and perishable products are dispatched using a Next Day Delivery Service to ensure product quality and freshness.
Delivery to Europe
Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to deliver items to Europe. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope this situation will change in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and you can order with confidence knowing we offer exchanges or refunds on items you are not satisfied with.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original packaging.

- To help us process your enquiry quickly, please have your order number and home postcode ready.
Refunds
- We offer a full money-back guarantee on eligible returned items.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
- Please allow 3–4 working days for refunds to be processed once approved.
Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Collection can be arranged for larger items at the customer’s expense.
- We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or another tracked service when returning items.
