Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend, delay, or cancel orders where stock levels, ingredient availability, or production issues affect fulfilment.
Delivery
We use DPD Next Day Delivery for the majority of UK orders.
- Fresh freezer bait is dispatched Monday to Thursday
- Shelf-life orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.
Freezer Bait
Freezer bait must be stored correctly upon delivery. Once an order has been delivered, responsibility for the storage and handling of freezer bait passes to the customer.
Repeated thawing and refreezing may affect the texture, quality, and performance of freezer bait, particularly during warmer weather.
Shelf-Life Products
Shelf-life products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of bait products, returns are only accepted where items are received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, ideally with supporting photographs where possible.
Product Performance
Fishing conditions, bait application, water temperatures, storage methods, and angling situations can all influence bait performance and results.
While our products are developed using high-quality ingredients and proven attractors, we cannot guarantee catches or accept responsibility for how products are stored, applied, or used once delivered.
Payments
All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
