.These have been a real labour of love to produce we shall now spend the next few months giving these a proper go.

proper mussel powders added along with the normal complusive powders really weird colouring to try to blend in and a very good mussel flavouring make these very special.

Even though the mixture and powders remains the same every time we make these they will never be the same colour twice due to the way we mix and roll them in fact the same as a swan mussel
